Playstation App: Communities Feature

For this project I took an existing app that well known in the gamer community and decided to implement a feature that could elevate the experience of the app even further.

The main task users tend to use the PlayStation App for is instant messaging, it's much easier for users to send messages via their phone than by using a console controller. Due to the main purpose of the app being socializing with others, I decided that a Communities feature would fit quite well amongst the user's desire. PlayStation Communities was a feature used on previous console PS4. With Communities, users were able to socialize with other players that had a similar taste in games. Based on the game the user would own, community created groups were made to facilitate the void of finding people to play with.

Although it is not feature I myself have created, the feature was only meant for console use only and never implemented in the PlayStation App. Hope you enjoy how it looks!
