I'm a product and brand designer with five plus years of experience moving between strategy and hands on execution. I've built design systems from zero for founders with no existing standard, driven measurable conversion lifts across product and marketing surfaces, and used AI native workflows like Figma Make, Claude, and ChatGPT as part of my daily practice, including for this site.
Selected Work
Rebuilt time tracking, scheduling, time off, and settings around how field teams actually work, validated through internal testing and leadership review before the project was cut short by company layoffs a month ahead of launch.
Led the redesign of left navigation, reporting, and global settings for a dense, engineering first platform, working with a distributed design team. Drove 44% adoption of the redesigned Reporting flow and helped raise platform NPS from 26 to 49.
Owned this immigration law firm's website end to end, EN/ES from the start rather than bolted on after. It brought the firm new clients and, in a few cases, helped reconnect families with relatives abroad.
Designed a new visual identity and responsive site to expand the business from custom upholstery into home and commercial décor.
Redesigned the gallery's site to better tell the story behind its African art collection and make the work itself easier to browse.
A mobile feature concept for discovering and connecting with other players by shared games, built during my UX training and recognized for its execution.
How I Work
I use tools like Figma Make, Claude, and ChatGPT daily to move faster from idea to interface, explore more directions before committing to one, and spend my own attention where it actually matters: judgment, taste, and the details a model can't see. This site was designed and built in collaboration with Claude, from the content strategy to the code.
Experience
Sole designer for the first year, then led a small design team for two more. Owned an end to end mobile app redesign and mapped the journeys behind it, then led a broader desktop platform redesign that shipped a reusable design system, drove 44% adoption of the redesigned Reporting flow, and raised NPS from 26 to 49.
Defined a design standard from zero for Office Edge across two new business launches, built the Amaro Barrios Law site end to end, and contributed brand and campaign creative for Dolce & Gabbana's Light Blue fragrance launch alongside a design and art direction team in France.
Designed direct response eCommerce landing pages and brand assets across print and digital, and won four of six internal design competitions.
