Product Designer

Redesigned the mobile app and core platform to improve usability in Reporting, Left Navigation, and Global Settings, achieving a 44% adoption rate for Reporting and increasing the NPS from 26 to 49. Developed a modern design system for consistency while managing a distributed design team and enhancing in-app communication.

I was hired by a South Florida company to redesign their digital brand assets and launch two new business initiatives. Additionally, I collaborated with designers and art directors in France to create digital assets for the social media campaign of D&G's Light Blue fragrance launch.

I designed and launched new eCommerce landing pages to improve user experience and boost conversion rates. Collaborating with the CMO and Sales Director, I modernized AFW’s digital presence and website UX.
