Projects
Amaro Barrios Law is a bilingual website I designed and built for an immigration law firm in Coral Gables, FL. As Product Designer on the project, I owned it end to end: research, visual identity, information architecture, and interaction design, through to build, QA, and launch. The core design challenge was serving two audiences in two languages without treating Spanish as an afterthought; every section, form field, and confirmation state was designed as a true bilingual pair, toggled through a single persistent control rather than a bolted on translation layer. I also designed the site's persuasion flow around the emotional reality of the category, placing trust signals, real client testimonials, and a personal attorney narrative ahead of the ask, and shipped a fully responsive, production ready site now live at amarobarrioslaw.com.
Redesigned the Workeasy mobile app and core platform, improving usability across Reporting, Left Navigation, and Global Settings, and built a modern design system to bring consistency across the platform. The redesign drove a 44% adoption rate for the new Reporting experience and lifted NPS from 26 to 49, while leading a distributed design team through the rollout.
Led a full company rebrand, evolving the business from custom upholstery to a broader home and commercial décor focus. Designed a new visual identity and logo, and created a responsive web and mobile experience that showcases work, communicates services, and makes it easy for users to explore and get in touch.
Led the design and rollout of a mobile feature for the PlayStation App that reintroduced “Communities,” enabling players to discover and connect with others based on shared games. As design lead, I created an end-to-end experience that made it easy to find teammates and foster engagement. Though a personal project, the work received strong recognition during my time at Ironhack for its thoughtful UX and execution.
Onground Art Gallery
Redesigned the website for an independent art gallery, working directly with the owner to drive more traffic and create a stronger connection between visitors and African art and artists. Delivered a fully redesigned site that elevated the gallery's storytelling and made the collection easier to explore online.

Fitness Finesse
Designed a fitness tracking app concept during my UX program at Ironhack, identifying gaps left by competitors like iFitness and building features to close them. The project explored how a more intuitive, motivating tracking experience could better support users' fitness goals.

Pergola
Designed the website for a Miami steakhouse, drawing on the elevated, modern aesthetic of restaurants like Swan and Plnta to shape the brand's digital presence. One of my earliest projects, it laid the foundation for the systems thinking and visual craft I bring to my work today.
