Workeasy Software

At Workeasy Software, I led the end-to-end redesign of the mobile app and core platform experiences, including Reporting, Left Navigation, and Global Settings, transforming complex workflows into more intuitive, user-friendly solutions. This work drove measurable impact, with the redesigned Reporting feature reaching 44% adoption and overall navigation and UX improvements increasing NPS from 26 to 49. Alongside these efforts, I built and scaled a modern design system to ensure consistency, usability, and strong visual standards across the platform. I also managed a distributed design team and led the in-app communication strategy, helping drive feature awareness, engagement, and adoption.
